The Stomp Fit Challenge is a 5 week, 15 session workout program for those who want a lean, sexy and strong body. Your personal trainer Tony Victory will push you past your limits with 10 different STOMP FIT workouts that include a variety of plyometric drills on top of nonstop intervals of strength, power, resistance, and ab and core training moves.You don't have to be an athlete all you need is the will to get the hardest body you’ve ever had.


The Stomp Fit Challenge is unique to other fitness programs as it incorporates Tony Victory’s own style of “Cadence Training”. Cadence training forces you to workout at a certain pace to maximize your results in the shortest amount of time possible. Tony Victory has carefully crafted an exciting, rhythm based collection of programs like Stomperobics , The Inferno and Battle Zone V. that will surely lead you to THE BODY YOU WANT AND DESERVE! 


The Stomp fit challenge will be taking place 3 times a week at a The Victory Garage Personal Training Facility Backyard. The participant that loses the most amount of body fat by the end of the 5 week program will receive special prizes and the title of STOMP FIT CHALLENGE WINNER SEASON 2!


We will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 7:15pm for an hour long session. 


The Stomp Fit Challenge will take place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, beginning on March 12th at 7:15pm. This 5 week, 15 session program is only $225. EVERYONE THAT REGISTERS BY THIS MONDAY GETS $25 OFF!
